Will I be able to re-download my files after I purchase them?
Yes! Log into your account and you'll be able to re-download any previously purchased files. 

I purchased the same design twice on accident. Can I trade it in for another one?
Sure! Send an email to info@monogrammoments.com. List both order numbers & I will issue a refund for the most recent purchase as long as it was made in the previous 6 months.

Should I rely solely on the Add to Cart/Download Button to know if I've already purchased a design or not?
There is a Download Button that ideally will show up underneath a design once you've purchased it where it would normally say "Add to Cart." As with any technology, there may be flaws so I would always have a back up way of keeping track of designs purchased instead of relying solely on the Download Button appearing. 

Do you take custom designs?
Unfortunately, I am not at this time. I do take suggestions though!
